Preparing Reinforcement For Installation

Information
The floorpan and reinforcement must be separated from each other before installation. Both components must then be re-used.
- Drill out spotwelds through one plate thickness from below and remove reinforcement -1-
from the floorpan -2-

Spotwelds
- Drill holes for plug-welding using a drill bit with a diameter of > Diameter 8.0 mm

- Prepare marked area for applying a full steel weld.
