Preparing FLOORPAN For Installation

  1. Check that it fits perfectly and secure floorpan to the body.
  2. Drill holes for blind rivets using a drill bit with a diameter of > Diameter 6.7 mm

    Bore holes

  3. Remove floorpan.
  4. Drill out existing holes on the floorpan -2-  for plug-welding using a drill bit with a diameter of > Diameter 8.0 mm  .

  5. Prepare the marked areas for joining.

    Joint area

    A  Bonding and riveting.

    B  Resistance spot-welding/plug-welding.
