Preparing Spring Strut Mount For Installation

Cut reinforcement in area -Arrows- leaving an overlap of 30 mm over the remaining piece.

Fit in and secure reinforcements.
1. 2.1 Tack-weld upper part -1- and lower part -2- of reinforcement -Arrows- .
Remove reinforcements.

Prepare wing bracket for welding.

Drill holes for plug-welding in the marked areas -A- on the lower part of the plenum panel using a drill bit with a diameter of > Diameter 8.0 mm bohren.

Orange	Resistance spot-welding
Green	Resistance spot-welding + bonding
Red	Plug-welding/apply a full weld using inert gas without bonding

Prepare wiper holders for resistance spot-welding on the marked surfaces.
