Replacing Control Unit For Transmission

After replacing control mechanism for transmission: 

  1. Program control mechanism for transmission.

    Automatic programming.

    1. 1.1  Program control mechanism for transmission using the PIWIS Tester. 
    2. 1.2  Overview -> PDK -> Programming -> Automatic programming -> F12.
    3. 1.3  Perform automatic programming
  2. Teach engine immobiliser.
    1. 2.1  Overview -> Diagnostics -> Online teaching functions > Engine immobiliser -> F12
  3. Calibrate control mechanism for transmission. 

    Calibrate control mechanism for transmission using the PIWIS Tester. 

    1. 3.1  Overview -> PDK -> Maintenance/repairs -> Calibration after replacing  mechatronics -> F12
    2. 3.2  Follow the instructions on the PIWIS Tester. F12 
    3. 3.3  Start the calibration process by pressing F8.
    4. 3.4  Erase fault memory.
  4. Code control mechanism for transmission. 

    Code control mechanism for transmission using the PIWIS Tester. 

    1. 4.1  Overview -> PDK -> Coding/adaptations -> Automatic coding -> F12
    2. 4.2  Perform automatic coding.
