Installing Dashboard Bracket

Information

Check that the clips are not bent or broken.

Check that all clips are positioned fully and correctly.

Replace damaged or missing clips with new ones.

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
Tighten nuts securing bracket to A-pillar to the specified torque. > Tightening torque 20 (15 ftlb.) Nm

Tighten screw securing bracket to A-pillar to the specified torque. > Tightening torque 20 (15 ftlb.) Nm

Tighten screws securing bracket to cardan tunnel to the specified torque. > Tightening torque 20 (15 ftlb.) Nm

Tighten screw securing bracket to body to the specified torque. > Tightening torque 20 (15 ftlb.) Nm

Tighten screws securing bracket to air conditioner to the specified torque. > Tightening torque 3.6 (2.5 ftlb.) Nm

Tighten screws securing holders to bracket to the specified torque. > Tightening torque 9 (6.5 ftlb.) Nm

Tighten screw securing air guide to bracket to the specified torque. > Tightening torque 1.5 (1 ftlb.) Nm
