Removing Oil Pan

  1. Release and disconnect cable plug for oil level sensor -1-  .

  2. Disconnect line for ATF cooler -1-  from oil guide housing.

    1. 2.1  Unscrew screw -2-  .

      Information 

      Check for residual oil when removing the oil pan.

  3. Remove oil pan -1-  .

    1. 3.1  Unscrew screws in the sequence -18 to 2-  .
    2. 3.2  Loosen and remove oil pan -1-  .

    Information 

    Sealing faces must be free of oil and grease!

  4. Clean sealing faces on the oil pan and oil guide housing using a special plastic brush for drills to remove residual sealant.
