Removing Cooling-Air Flaps

  1. Only for vehicles with distance measuring sensor: 

    Unscrew screws -1-  and remove holder -2-  .

  2. Unscrew screws -1-  on cooling-air flaps -2-  .

  3. Unscrew screws -2-  on upper part of lock carrier from cooling-air flaps -1-  .

  4. Remove cooling-air flaps -1-  .

    Cable plug for cooling-air flap motor

    1. 4.1  Fold cooling-air flaps -1-  forward in -direction of arrow-  .
    2. 4.2  Release and disconnect cable plug -2-  .
    3. 4.3  Remove cooling-air flaps -1-  .
