Installing Catalytic Converter

- Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
- 1.1 Replace V-band clamp.
- 1.2
Tighten new
V-band clamp.
- Tightening torque 7 Nm (5 ftlb.)
- 1.3
Tighten the screws for the spring/tab assembly
- Tightening torque 23 (1 7 ftlb.) Nm
- 1.4 Replace the nuts and seals on the exhaust flange.
- 1.5
Tighten new
nuts on the exhaust flange.
- Tightening torque 23 (1 7 ftlb.) Nm
