Installing Fuel Line: Notes

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

1.1 Coat the thread of the union nuts -2 and 3- with Microgleit DF 977S and leave to dry off for at least 5 minutes.
1.2 Tighten screws on fuel line holder -4- .
- tightening torque 8 Nm (5.9 ftlb.)
- final tightening torque 45°

1.3 Tighten union nuts -2 and 3- using > T40055 - socket-wrench insert .

tightening torque of 10 Nm (7.4 ftlb.)

Fuel line - V6 monoturbo

1.4 Replace O-rings on coolant pipe.
1.5 Tighten screws -2- .
- Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
