Removing Centre Intake-Air Distributor

  1. Disconnect line connections at the Centre intake-air distributor.

    Line connections for Centre intake-air distributor

    1. 1.1  Release and disconnect quick connectors -1 and 2-  .
    2. 1.2  Unlock and disconnect electric plug connection -3-  .
    3. 1.3  Open clamp -4-  and pull off the line.
    4. 1.4  Close off line connections using suitable stoppers.
  2. Remove Centre intake-air distributor -1-  .

    Centre intake-air distributor

    1. 2.1  Unscrew screw on Centre intake-air distributor -2-  .
    2. 2.2  Unscrew screws securing Centre intake-air distributor to intake-air distributor -3-  .
    3. 2.3  Guide Centre intake-air distributor -1-  up and out.
    4. 2.4  Close off intake openings on the intake-air distributors using suitable stoppers.
