Filling Air In One Air Spring

Information 

Preconditions for filling an air spring/the air spring system

• Vehicle raised on a lifting platform, wheels freely suspended. 
• All components of the system installed and connected. 

1. Connect the PIWIS Tester  to the vehicle and start it. Switch on ignition.
2. Start the diagnostic software.
3. Select Level control/PASM  control unit.
4. Select Maintenance/repairs  .
5. Press F12 to select Replacement of an air spring  .
6. Select Filling an air spring from the pressure accumulator  function.
7. Follow the instructions on the Tester.
8. Erase fault memory with F8.
