Subsequent Work

  1. Install air-conditioning compressor.
    • 873419 Removing and installing air-conditioning compressor 
  2. Install generator.
    • 272219 Removing and installing generator (V6 Turbo) 
  3. Install drive belt.
    • 137819 Removing and installing drive belt (V6 Turbo) 
  4. Install particle filter.
    • 267419 Removing and installing particle filter 
  5. Mount engine.
    • 100127 Removing and mounting engine 
  6. Install engine.
    • 100119 Removing and installing engine 
  7. Carry out the following Tester tasks when you start the engine for the first time:
    1. 7.1  DME control unit: Automatic programming menu item.
    2. 7.2  Only for Hybrid: Additional menu Decoupler commissioning.
    3. 7.3  Perform adaptations and short tests and set the Ready status.
    4. 7.4  Check the fault memory for relevant entries and correct them.
