Removing Pressure Pipe (From Turbocharger To Charge-Air Cooler)

  1. Remove lower part of pressure pipe -1-  .

    Lower part of pressure pipe

    1. 1.1  Loosen screw-type clamp -2-  and pull pressure hose -3-  off lower part of pressure pipe -1-  .
    2. 1.2  Unscrew screws on lower part of pressure pipe -4-  .
    3. 1.3  Remove lower part of pressure pipe -1-  and guide it down out of the engine compartment.
  2. Remove upper part of pressure pipe -1-  .

    Upper part of pressure pipe

    1. 2.1  Unscrew screws on upper part of pressure pipe -2-  .
    2. 2.2  Unscrew screw -3-  .
    3. 2.3  Remove upper part of pressure pipe -1-  .
