Removing (Rear) PDCC Control Unit
- Read and follow work instruction for 48 V vehicle electrical system.

Deactivate 48-volt vehicle electrical system.

Deactivate 48-volt vehicle electrical system.
- Release and disconnect electric plug connections from servo motor for rear axle steering.

- Release and unplug electric plug connections

- Release and unplug electric plug connections -2-

Electric plug connections
- Unclip electric wire harnesses iL and set them aside.
Electric wire harnesses
- Check electric plug connections for damage and replace if necessary.
The seal must be fitted at the lowest point in the connector and must not have slipped out of position.
If the seal has slipped out of position, replace the connector.
- Screw off fastening nuts -1-

Fastening nuts
- Remove (rear) PDCC control unit with holder until fastening nuts -1-
for the heat shield -2-
are accessible.
Heat shield
- Unscrew fastening nuts -1-
and remove heat shield -2-
.
Heat shield
- Unscrew fastening screw -1-
unclip line bracket -2-
and remove ground line -3-
.
Ground line
- Unscrew fastening screws -5-
and remove (rear) PDCC control unit -5-
from the holder.
