Removing Primary Catalytic Converter

Information 

• Treat corroded components with anti-rust agent or heat. 

Information 

• The procedure for removing and installing is described for one side as an example. The procedure for the other side is practically identical. 

1. Screw off nuts -1-  on the exhaust flange.

2. Remove primary catalytic converter -1-  .

   1. 2.1  Loosen and remove V-band clamp -2-  .
   2. 2.2  Guide primary catalytic converter -1-  up and out.
