Installing Exhaust Temperature Sensor

1. → Let hot components cool down.
2. → Wear personal protective gear.

Install exhaust temperature sensor -1- .

Exhaust temperature sensor
1. 1.1 Screw in exhaust temperature sensor -1- , align it with the marking and tighten it.
  > Tightening torque 45 Nm (33 ftlb.)
2. 1.2 Connect and lock cable plug -5- and clip it into holder -6- .
3. 1.3 Secure electric line -3- with a new tie-wrap -4- .
4. 1.4 Only for exhaust temperature sensor at the right:
  Position electric line -3- in heat shield -2- and close it.
