Installing Striker Pin

Install lock peg -1- .

Rear striker pin (lock peg)

Fit striker pin (lock peg) -1- and align according to the marking.

Screw in fastening screws -2- .

Carefully close the door and check that the lock peg -1- is positioned correctly with respect to the door lock.

Re-align lock peg -1- if necessary.

Tighten fastening screws -2- to > Tightening torque 25 Nm (19 ftlb.) .
Remove the markings you made.
Check gap dimensions and adjust the lock peg -1- if necessary.
