  1. Unscrew screws -1-  for cover -2-  .

  2. Release control unit -1-  at position -Arrow-  and pull it forward slightly.

  3. Remove the cover -2-  .

  4. Unscrew screws -1-  for rocker switches -2-  .

  5. Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1-  for rocker switches.

  6. Lift rocker switches -2-  up and off.

  7. Unclip back covers using a suitable tool -arrows-  .

  8. Only for vehicles with heated steering wheel: 

    Disconnect electric plug connection -1-  from rear trim -2-  .

  11. Release and disconnect electric plug connections -1-  and remove main cover -2-  .

  12. Unscrew screws -1-  and remove multi-functional switch -2-  and front cover -3-  .

  13. Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1-  and remove Mode switch -2-  from the steering wheel.

  14. Disconnect ground contacts -1-  .

  15. Unscrew screws -1-  and remove contact bridge -2-  .

  16. Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1-  from control unit -3-  .

  17. Release wire harness -1-  from steering wheel skeleton -2-  (-arrows-  ) and disconnect it.
