Removing B-Pillar Trim Panel (Upper Part)

Information 

To reduce the forces during removal and thereby the risk of damage, a suitable tool must be used as a support during removal at accessible connection points.

Information 

• Move belt adjustment cover panel to its upper end position. 
• Set belt adjustment to upper end position. 

1. Unclip B-pillar trim panel (upper part) -1-  from B-pillar trim panel (lower part) -Arrows-  .

   Upper part of B-pillar trim panel

   • When swivelling out the upper part of the B-pillar trim panel -1-  , make sure not to damage the guide lugs -2, 3-  .
2. Swivel out B-pillar trim panel (upper part) -1-arrow A-  and remove it downwards -arrow B-  .

3. Feed the seat belt through the opening in the belt adjustment cover panel.
