Installing Airbag Triggering Unit

Incorrect handling of safety bolts
- Danger of injury
- Loss of torque
- → Observe specified tightening torques.
- → Carry out a visual inspection of all re-used parts.
Information
Transport the airbag triggering unit carefully. Do not shake the airbag triggering unit vigorously and do not drop it or let it fall.
- Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
Screw on fastening nuts and tighten to > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) .
