Installing 48-Volt Auxiliary Battery

Observe specifications for handling 48-volt lithium-ion batteries.

> WM, 2X00IN WORK INSTRUCTIONS AFTER DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY 

  1. installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

    Tighten fastening screws to > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)  .

    Tighten fastening nuts to > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)  .

    Tighten fastening screws on cover for 48-volt additional battery to > Tightening torque 4.5 Nm (3.3 ftlb.)  .
