Battery Handling Instructions

Information 

• Battery terminals do not need to be greased. 
• The battery terminal clamps should only be attached by hand - without excessive force - to prevent damage to the battery. 
• The tightening torque for the battery terminals is > Torque 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.)  .
• If the battery is reconnected, proceed according to 

  > 2X0000 Work instructions after disconnecting the battery
