Removing Air Cushion For Backrest

Disconnect air lines -4- under the seat frame.

Air lines
1. 1.1 Release and disconnect hose connections -1- from air cushion for seat.
2. 1.2 Release and disconnect hose connection -2- from motor for air cushion.
3. 1.3 Unclip line bracket -3- at the seat frame.
4. 1.4 Expose air lines -4- towards the rear.
Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1- .

Unclip control valve for air cushion -2- by pulling it to the rear out of the holders -3- and pull it up out of the holders -4- .

Unclip line bracket -1- at the backrest frame.

Line bracket
Detach left air cushion for backrest -2- and right air cushion for backrest -3- at the backrest frame.

Air cushion for backrest
1. 5.1 Unscrew screw -1- on left air cushion for backrest -2- and right air cushion for backrest -3- .
2. 5.2 Release locking lug -4- on left air cushion for backrest -2- and right air cushion for backrest -3- .
3. 5.3 Remove left air cushion for backrest -2- and right air cushion for backrest -3- from the backrest frame.
Guide out and remove air cushion for backrest together with control valve for air cushion at the backrest frame.
