Assembling Rear Spoiler

Information 

Bonding surfaces must be free of dust and grease.

1. Clean bonding surfaces -1-  with isopropanol.

   Make sure the seals are positioned correctly on the edge/bonding area.

2. Affix seals -2-  .

3. Install additional brake light.

   > 947019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ADDITIONAL BRAKE LIGHT

4. Position and clip in window-washer hose -1-  together with the wire harness.

5. Clip in spray nozzle -3-  and make sure the retaining lugs -2-  are seated correctly.

6. Insert hose for spray nozzle -1-  .

9. Stick on seal for roof.

   Information

      Seal must be fitted on the spoiler.

   2. 9.2 Position roof seal -1-  (-arrow-  ).

      Install at a temperature of +18° to -40° degrees.

   3. 9.3 Pull off protective film -1-  , affix roof seal and press on firmly using a press-on roller.

10. Stick on seal for rear window.
