Preliminary Work

1. Remove cover for centre underbody.

   > WM, 519319 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COVER FOR CENTRE UNDERBODY

2. Remove front wheel cover.

   > 661919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT WHEEL COVER 

3. Remove rear wheel cover.

   > 664519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR WHEEL COVER 

4. Starting from the bottom, unclip outer seal on rear door -2-  only in the cover strip on rear sill cover area -arrow A  using a suitable tool -1-  .

Removing sill cover 

1. Remove cover strip on front sill cover -1-  .

   1. 1.1 Unclip cover strip on front sill cover -1-  using an assembly wedge.
   2. 1.2 Guide cover strip on front sill cover -1-  to the rear and remove it.
2. Remove cover strip on rear sill cover -1-  .

   1. 2.1 Unclip cover strip on rear sill cover -1-  using an assembly wedge.
   2. 2.2 Remove cover strip on rear sill cover -1-  .
3. Remove sill cover.
   1. 3.1 Unscrew screws -1-  on the underbody.

      Information 

      Replace micro-self-locking screws.

   2. 3.2 Unscrew screws -1-  in the front door area.
