Removing Cylinder Head Cover - Right Cylinder Bank

Holder for solenoid valves

1. 1.1  Pull solenoid valves -2-  off the holder -1-  and set them aside.
2. 1.2  Unscrew nuts on holder -3-  .
3. 1.3  Remove holder -1-  .

1. 2.1  Unscrew nuts on holder -2-  .
2. 2.2  Remove holder -1-  from threaded bolts and set it aside.

Line bracket on right cylinder bank

1. 3.1  Unscrew nuts on line bracket -2-  .
2. 3.2  Remove line bracket -1-  from threaded bolts and set it aside.

Chain housing cover on right cylinder bank

1. 5.1  Unscrew screws on cylinder head cover -1 to 20-  .
2. 5.2  Screw two screws (M8 x 25)  into the threaded bores -Arrows-  by hand.
3. 5.3  Tighten screws alternately by half a turn each until the cylinder head cover -21-  is loosened.
4. 5.4  Remove cylinder head cover -21-  .
