Preliminary Work

Remove crankcase cover.
> 101419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CRANKCASE COVER (V6 TURBO)

Remove balance weight -2- .

2.1 Get another person to counter the crankshaft if necessary.
2.2 Counter the crankshaft using > T40049 - special wrench and loosen and unscrew screw -1- .

2.3 Pull balance weight -2- off the balance shaft.

Remove balance shaft bracing wheel.
