Tightening Sequence For High-Pressure Fuel Lines

- Fit union nut -1-
by hand.
- 1.1 Coat thread on union nuts with Microgleit DF 977S. Observe drying time of at least 5 minutes before fitting.
- Tighten screws -2- with > Tightening torque 8 Nm (5.9 ftlb.) >final tightening torque 45° .
- Screw with -3- > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.6 ftlb.)
- Union nut -1-
with > Tightening torque of 10 Nm (7.4 ftlb.)
>Torque angle 60°
