Adjusting Sliding-Roof Panel

Information 

Micro-self-locking screws 

Fit new screws following removal.

Information 

Tighten the screws on the sliding-roof panel hand-tight until the sliding-roof panel is adjusted correctly.

  1. Fit sliding-roof panel and tighten screws hand-tight.
  2. Remove front roof trim panel.
  3. Close sliding-roof panel using sunroof motor -1-  emergency operation mechanism -2-  .

  4. Adjust sliding-roof panel.
    1. 4.1  Adjust the front gap dimension by moving the sliding-roof panel. > Gap dimension 1.8 mm +/- 1.1 mm 
    2. 4.2  Adjust the side gap dimension by moving the sliding-roof panel. > Gap dimension 1.2 mm +/- 1.1 mm 
    3. 4.3  Adjust the rear gap dimension by moving the sliding-roof panel. > Gap dimension 0.8 mm +/- 0.5 mm 
  5. Open and close the sliding-roof panel, check gap dimensions and adjust it again if necessary.
  6. Install front roof trim panel.
