Removing Powered Sunroof Mechanism

Crank the powered sunroof mechanism -1- to the rear using crank for sunroof emergency operation -arrow A- until the front lock -2- is accessible.

Release catch -arrow B- and press out the front lock -2- (-arrow C- ).

Catch
Crank the powered sunroof mechanism -1- forward using crank for sunroof emergency operation as far as the start of the cutout -2- in the outer guide rail.

Press the powered sunroof mechan ism -1- aside and guide the sliding piece -3- out past the seal -4- .

Guide the driver -1- upwards.

Crank the powered sunroof mechanism -1- using crank for sunroof emergency operation as far as the start of the inner guide rail -2- .

Inner guide rail
Guide the guide shoe -3- out of the outer guide rail and remove it.

Swivel the powered sunroof mechanism upwards.
Push the powered sunroof mechanism -1- to the rear -arrow A- and remove it -arrow B- .
