Installing Roof Assembly

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
Information

The foam seal on the sliding-roof frame and the roof assembly seal must always be replaced during installation. Make sure that the seals are bonded cleanly over the entire surface and that they are trimmed neatly at the gap. The gap must be at the same position as before, otherwise water can leak in.
1. 1.1 Replace foam seal on sliding-roof frame.

2. 1.2 Replace seal on roof assembly.
  - > 605455 REPLACING ROOF ASSEMBLY SEAL
3. 1.3 Tighten nuts -1 to 10- in the specified tightening sequence to > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.) .

4. 1.4 Tighten nuts -1 to 6- in the specified tightening sequence to > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.) .
