Removing Additional Coolant Pump

Disconnect coolant line.
1. 1.1 Unscrew nut -3- .
  Information
  
  The following pliers are suitable for loosening and tightening the spring band clamps:
  - > VAS 6856 - Spring band clamp pliers
  - > VAS 6889 - Spring band clamp pliers
  - > VAS 6890 - Spring band clamp pliers
  - > VAS 6891 - Spring band clamp pliers
  - > VAS 6930 - Spring band clamp pliers
2. 1.2 Loosen clamp -2- .
  Use a special tool if necessary.
3. 1.3 Move coolant line aside.

Upper coolant line
Remove additional coolant pump holder -1- .
1. 2.1 Unscrew screws on additional coolant pump -2-
2. 2.2 Unscrew double screw for additional coolant pump holder -3- .
3. 2.3 Remove additional coolant pump holder -1- .

Additional coolant pump (right cylinder bank)
Remove additional coolant pump -4- .
1. 3.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1- .
  Information
  
  The following pliers are suitable for loosening and tightening the spring band clamps:
  - > VAS 6856 - Spring band clamp pliers
  - > VAS 6889 - Spring band clamp pliers
  - > VAS 6890 - Spring band clamp pliers
  - > VAS 6891 - Spring band clamp pliers
  - > VAS 6930 - Spring band clamp pliers
2. 3.2 Open clamp -2- .
  Use a special tool if necessary.
3. 3.3 Unscrew screw -3- using > T10405 - socket T30 .
4. 3.4 Remove additional coolant pump -4- .
