Components of filling device (low-temperature cooling system)

1	Coolant reservoir adapter
2	Hose extension FZ 100 (Install between K65 and KVB 01)
3	KVB 01 (Vacuum gauge with two shut-off valves) > 9696 - Filling device
4	Venturi nozzle for creating a vacuum. A minimum pressure of 8 bar must be available.
5	Filler hose (The cooling system is refilled via this hose)
6	Return lines (The compressed air and extracted coolant are drawn off via this hose)
V1	Shut-off valve V1 (Shut-off valve for filler hose)
-V2-	Shut-off valve V2 (Shut-off valve for filler hose - outlet to Venturi nozzle)

1	Return lines
2	Overflow container (bucket or canister)
3	Compressed air connection
4	Make sure the compressed air connection has a minimum pressure of 8 bar.
5	Filling canister with coolant (Position at the same height as the coolant reservoir to make filling easier)
6	Fit adapter K 65 with extension FZ 100 instead of the cap
7	KVB 01 (Vacuum gauge with two shut-off valves V1 and V2)
V1	Shut-off valve V1 (Shut-off valve for filler hose)
-V2-	Shut-off valve V2 (Shut-off valve for filler hose - outlet to Venturi nozzle)
