Engine number marking

Information 

• Number embossing tools must not be used for marking. 
• Due to the material composition, the engine number must be engraved using the specified tool. 

1. Prepare > VAS 221 003 - marking pen-1-  .

   Marking pin VAS 221 003

   1. 1.1 Connect > VAS 221 003 - marking pen-1-  to compressed air supply.
   2. 1.2 Turn the adjusting ring -Arrows-  to adjust the compressed air supply.
   3. 1.3 First test the tool on a test part.
2. Engrave the engine number using > VAS 221 003 - marking pen  template 0.5 (5 mm) > Example of a template  .
