Installing Bypass Flap Control Box

Information 

The procedure for removing and installing is described for one side as an example. The procedure for the other side is almost identical.

1. Install pressure unit.
   1. 1.1  Position pressure unit with adjustable control rod on the turbocharger.
   2. 1.2  Fit and tighten nuts -Arrows-  .

      > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.) 

   3. 1.3  Press ball socket -1-  onto the ball pin of the actuating lever
