Installing Rear Retaining Strip

IMPORTANT:
  • Carefully clean any dirt, grease, wax and other impurities off the fitting area of the body using isopropanol.
  • Always use a clean cloth.
  • The room and object temperature must be at least +18°C.
  • Air humidity must be 40% - 60%.
  1. Check anti-chafing film -1-  for damage and replace it if necessary

  2. Installation is performed in reverse order.
  3. Position retaining strip.
    1. 3.1  Align retaining strip using the gap dimensions shown. > Gap dimension 6 mm 
    • Gap dimension 8 mm 
    • Gap dimension 6 mm

  4. Tighten fastening parts to the specified tightening torque:

    Screw on fastening nuts and tighten to > Tightening torque 4 N.m (3 ft.lb)  .

    Screw in fastening screws and tighten to > Tightening torque 2.5 N.m (1.75 ft.lb)  .

    Screw in fastening nuts and tighten to > Tightening torque 4 N.m (3 ft.lb)  .
