Removing Filler Flap (Module)

IMPORTANT: The filler flap (module) will be damaged during removal and must be replaced during installation.

IMPORTANT:

Remove the filler flap carefully so as not to damage the paintwork on the side wall.

Remove cover -1- from side trim panel.

Disengage filler flap (module) emergency release -2- .

At the marked positions -arrows A- , pierce the module using a screwdriver.

Swivel filler flap (module) -1- out of the body aperture until the electric plug connection -3- is accessible.

Filler flap (module)
1. 7.1 Pull drain hose -2- off the filler flap (module) -1- .
2. 7.2 Release and unplug electric plug connection -3- .
Disengage emergency release -1- and remove filler flap (module) -2- .
