Installing Console

IMPORTANT:
  • Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface.
  1. Install console and check that it fits perfectly.
  2. Apply adhesive on joint areas Joint area  of the body. Application depth 0.5 mm  Working with body structural adhesive

  3. Apply adhesive on the console Joint areas  . Application depth 0.5 mm Working with body structural adhesive

    1. 3.1  Also apply a bead of adhesive all around the bonding surface. Application depth 3 mm 
  4. Set blind rivets Bore holes  . BLIND RIVETS 999.190.229.01
