Removing Front Side Member

IMPORTANT: Heat cast aluminium components to max. > Temperature 120°C .

IMPORTANT: Do not unscrew screws on the shettmetal panel side yet.

Roughly cut out front side member > Front side member.

Cut out lower bulkhead > Lower bulkhead.

Heat connection points on the longitudinal member panel > Connection points on longitudinal member panel using > V.A.G 1416 - hot-air blower .
