General Information: Hardening

The body structural foam used hardens at temperatures of between > Minimum temperature 20°C and > Maximum temperature 50°C . Hardening can be accelerated by applying heat (e.g. using an infrared heater or in a painting booth).
IMPORTANT:
Infrared heaters only heat small sections of the body and are therefore only suitable for minor repairs.
- Only use devices with temperature control, automatic distance measurement and measuring point display.
Do not put pressure on bonded parts until the required assembly strength is reached.
