Assembling Lock Carrier

Check rubber buffer and replace if necessary.
- Assembly is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
For split lock carriers (off-road):
Tighten screws securing lower part of lock carrier to upper part of lock carrier to > Tightening torque 9 (6.5 ftlb.) Nm .
For all vehicles:
Tighten screws for coolant line to > Tightening torque 8 (6 ftlb.) Nm.
Tighten screw on top of radiator mounting to > Tightening torque 8 (6 ftlb.) Nm .
Tighten screws on side of radiator mounting to > Tightening torque 8 (6 ftlb.) Nm .
