Removing front cover

NOTE:
Components not fitted when engine is running or during test drive
- Risk of damage to components due to reduced cooling performance
- Before starting the engine, make sure that all air-supply components are completely fitted.
- Only start the engine when the heat shields and design cover are fitted.
- Only test-drive the vehicle when all underbody panelling, heat shields and the design cover are fitted.
IMPORTANT:
- The number of screws, clips, electric plug connections, holders and trim panels can vary depending on equipment.
- The illustrations for removing and installing are shown only on one equipment variant and can differ from the actual equipment variant.
- Some steps must be carried out automatically.

- 1.1 Unscrew fastening screws -1 and 2- .
- 1.2 Remove front section of front underbody cover -3- .
- Remove rear section of front underbody cover -2-.
Rear section of front cover
- 2.1 Unscrew fastening screws -1- .
- 2.2 Remove rear section of front underbody cover -2- .
- Remove side section of front underbody cover -3-
