Removing front cover

NOTE: Components not fitted when engine is running or during test drive

Risk of damage to components due to reduced cooling performance
- Before starting the engine, make sure that all air-supply components are completely fitted.
- Only start the engine when the heat shields and design cover are fitted.
- Only test-drive the vehicle when all underbody panelling, heat shields and the design cover are fitted.

IMPORTANT:

The number of screws, clips, electric plug connections, holders and trim panels can vary depending on equipment.
The illustrations for removing and installing are shown only on one equipment variant and can differ from the actual equipment variant.
Some steps must be carried out automatically.

Remove front section of front underbody cover -3- .

1. 1.1 Unscrew fastening screws -1 and 2- .
2. 1.2 Remove front section of front underbody cover -3- .
