Preparing Seat Cross Member For Installation

IMPORTANT:

Before final assembly, make sure you fully understand all the work steps involved and carry out a trial assembly without applying adhesive.
The bonding process can only be carried out reliably when a smooth and swift sequence of operations is guaranteed.
Do not begin bonding work until all materials and tool s necessary for later repair work are available.

Cut the seat cross member according to the body with an overlap of > Length 20 mm .

Cut out ground pin -1- on the seat cross member -2- .

Fit in seat cross member and secure it to the body.
Drill bore holes > Bore holes, top for rivets through both sheet-metal panels. > Diameter 6.6 mm
