Removing Front FLOORPAN

IMPORTANT: To make it easier to remove the floorpan, we recommend that you separate the floorpan roughly along the flange.

Loosen floorpan joints -A and B- at the top.

1. 1.1 -A-:
  Remove punch rivets using > VAS 852 001 - body dent removal system, aluminum and > VAS 6790 - compact booster .

2. 1.2 -B-:
  Drill out spotwelds.
Loosen floorpan joints -A and B- at the bottom.
