- DO NOT BEGIN BONDING WORK UNTIL ALL MATERIALS AND TOOLS NECESSARY FOR LATER REPAIR WORK ARE AVAILABLE.
- FIT THE B-PILLAR.
- DRILL THROUGH CLINCH POINTS IN AREA -A AND B-
USING A DRILL BIT WITH A DIAMETER OF > DIAMETER 4 MM

- PUNCH HOLES FOR FLOW-FORM RIVETS IN AREAS -A AND B-

- DRILL HOLES FOR RIVETS > SPOTWELDS
THROUGH BOTH SHEET-METAL PANELS. > DIAMETER 6.6 MM
SPOTWELDS
- REMOVE B-PILLAR.
- CUT SHEETMETAL INSERTS USED AS A WELDING BACKING STRIP FOR THE TWO WELD AREAS FROM THE OLD B-PILLAR.
- PREPARE MARKED AREAS > BONDING AREAS
