Preparing Front Roof Cross Member For Installation

- The bonding process can only be carried out reliably when a smooth and swift sequence of operations is guaranteed.
- Do not begin bonding work until all mater ials and tools necessary for later repair work are available.
- Fit in front roof cross member and secure it to the body.

Punch holes
- Drill bore holes for rivets in areas -A, C and D-
through the front roof cross member. > Diameter 6.6 mm
Bore hole
- Remove front roof cross member.
- Prepare marked areas > Bonding areas
for bonding and riveting.
