Guide release tool from > VAS 1978/35-33 - release tool set into the opening on the secondary lock and lift up the locking mechanism -Arrow- until the lock engages at its top position.

If it is not possible to pull out the optical waveguides, check again that the secondary lock is completely unlocked and that the primary lock is raised sufficiently.
Carefully pull out optical waveguides -A and B- (-arrow-) .
