Installing Centre Console

• Installation position of centre console with rear air conditioning 

1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

   Tighten screws securing centre console to bracket to > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)  .

   Tighten screw securing front centre console to instrument panel to > Tightening torque 4 Nm (3 ftlb.)  .

   Tighten nuts securing rear centre console to bracket to > Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)  .

Subsequent work 

1. Connect antenna lines at the rear centre console.

   Gateway control unit

   1. 1.1 Route antenna lines from centre console to the control unit under the carpeted floor.
   2. 1.2 Connect plug connections for antenna lines -1-  on the gateway control unit -2-  .

2. Install left front seat.

   >  WM, 720119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT SEAT  - informaiton on "Removing" 

3. Install upper part of centre console.

   > 68171901 REMOVING AND INSTALLING UPPER PART OF CENTRE CONSOLE
