Removing Cross Panel (Lower Section)

Coolant lines

1. 1.1  Loosen spring band clamps -1-  using > VAS 6890 - spring band clamp pliers  .
2. 1.2  Disconnect coolant lines -2-  .
3. 1.3  Close off coolant lines -2-  and connections using stoppers.
4. 1.4  Press grommet -3-  through by pressing it to the rear -Arrow-  .

Disconnect vacuum line -1-  and press connection -2-  through to the front -Arrow-  .

Vacuum line

Disconnect lines -2-  and -4-  .

Lines

1. 3.1  Unscrew screw -1-  .
2. 3.2  Disconnect refrigerant line -2-  .
3. 3.3  Close off coolant lines -4-  and connections using stoppers.
4. 3.4  Loosen spring band clamps -3-  using > VAS 6890 - spring band clamp pliers  and disconnect coolant lines -4- 

Unclip cable bushing -1-  by pulling it to the rear -Arrow-  .

Cross pane: (lower section)

1. 5.1  Unscrew screws -1-  .
2. 5.2  Lift cross panel (lower section) -2-  up and remove it -Arrows-  .
