Removing Lock Carrier

→ Wear personal protective gear.

Information

After disconnecting hoses, close off all openings immediately using commercially available rubber stoppers.

When fitting parts, do not remove stoppers until shortly before installation.

Release lock on coolant overflow line -1- and pull it off the radiator.

Information

After disconnecting hoses, close off all openings immediately using commercially available rubber stoppers.

When fitting parts, do not remove stoppers until shortly before installation.
Release safety clip on coolant line -1- and pull coolant line -2- off the radiator.

Information

When removing the refrigerant lines:

Close off all refrigerant lines and connections using suitable stoppers.

Check O-rings on the refrigerant lines for damage and replace them if necessary.

Information

When installing the refrigerant lines:

Wet the O-rings of the refrigerant lines with refrigerant oil.

Do not remove the stoppers for the refrigerant lines and connections until shortly before installation.
Unscrew fastening screw -1- and pull off refrigerant lines -2- .
